Ingredients - Organic Peppermint

Description - Peppermint is a hybrid mint, a cross between watermint and spearmint. Peppermint has a long tradition of medicinal use, with archaeological evidence placing its use at least as far back as ten thousand years ago. Peppermint tea is traditionally used as a digestive aid for occasional indigestion.

HOW TO

Start with cold water and bring water to just under a boil (170° - 180°). Pour over sachet and steep 2-3 minutes (to desired flavor).
